Through a partnership with our independent broker-dealer, Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., we have access to a team of virtual office assistants who allow us to spend more time with our clients by taking on more administrative tasks. Joscelyn Armstrong joined the Cambridge Source Office Assistant program in 2022. Joscelyn assists financial professionals with account management, reporting and planning, communication, and client management. Additionally, she has completed the Cambridge Client Service Excellence (CCSE) bronze certification. She currently lives in Bonaparte, Iowa and spends her free time writing, reading, playing with her animals, and visiting with family.
